Why to use debugging tools?
Although hardware
emulators are the best tools for microcontroller application development, it is not always possible to use one, for instance when no emulator is available for the selected processor. The debugging tools presented here are very useful because they enable the user to monitor or control the target hardware behavior, thus avoiding the usual loop: change code -> assemble -> program -> wonder why it does not work -> change code to output something that explains the mistery -> solve the problem -> repeat again with new puzzle, and again, and...
Currently, we offer
SIGMA, a logic analyzer.

SIGMA
SIGMA is a powerful, fast, flexible, user-friendly and cost effective logic analyzer with extremely large event memory,
real-time hardware compression and complex trigger logic. Moreover, SIGMA is ready for other debugging features by software
updates and add-on modules. SIGMA operates on a USB port and requires no external power supply.

INSIDER
Surprisingly useful low cost tool for firmware development support, capable to monitor
4/8/12/16 bit data (such as register contents, current program position, ...)
by adding a simple code snippet to your source and using two or three device pins.
Its usage is not limited only to MCUs: INSIDER can also be used
to debug applications based on programmable gate arrays (FPGA).
